Single Floor Occupier

A single floor (SF) layout contains all functions and types of space that a tenant needs on one floor.

A mixture of workspace, client space, social space, back of house & wellness amenities are all planned on one floor.

Multi Floor Occupier

A multi floor (MF) layout demonstrates one floor out of many that a tenant may be occupying.

These could be work floor layouts, meeting suite layouts or amenity floor layouts.

Sub Division Occupier

Sub division (SD) layouts may divide a floor plate into two or more tenancies occupied by two or more different tenants.

Each sub division may be drawn as a single floor or multi floor layout.
